In his early 20’s Jay started Nexus Creations, a Video Production Company that catered to the needs of large corporate conferences internationally, with clients such as Optus & Holden. Less than 2 years after Nexus was created, leading international surf-wear company Billabong knew talent when they saw it, and subsequently recruited him into the role of National Audio Visual Manager at the tender age of 24. After spending 3 ½ years traveling the world building numerous international marketing campaigns, Jay was ready for a new challenge.
With real estate in the family and a passion for negotiation, it was not too long before the attraction of real estate proved too strong. Now with specialist sales training added to his already remarkable marketing background, he is now once again on the road to greatness.
